Download and verify
Open the exported PDF or ZIP and check that the expected pages, orientation, and visible content are present.

02 / Details matter50 MB and 500 pages. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Splitting can remove document-level features such as bookmarks and invalidate signatures.
Extracting vs. splitting
Extract mode combines the pages you select into a single PDF. Every-page mode creates a separate PDF for each original page.
Page labels can differ
A document may print Roman numerals or chapter page numbers. Use the page’s physical position in the file, not the number printed on the page.
Check complex documents
Interactive forms, links, annotations, accessibility tags, and other document features may not survive page copying unchanged. Keep your original file.

03 / Step by stepHow to Extract Selected Pages from a PDF
Select PDF page numbers and ranges, create a smaller document, and check page order, scanned content, forms, and signature limitations.
Questions, answered.
04 / FAQHow do I extract PDF pages?
Choose extract mode and enter page numbers or ranges separated by commas, for example 1, 3-5.
Can I split a scanned PDF?
Yes, if it is an unencrypted PDF within the limits. Splitting preserves the scanned page images; it does not perform OCR.
Can I open a password-protected PDF?
No. This version rejects encrypted documents. Use an unencrypted copy you are authorized to edit.
Are duplicate page numbers repeated?
No. Each selected page appears once, in the order of its first selection.
Will a digital signature remain valid?
Do not rely on it. Creating a new document changes the file and can invalidate its signatures.
